Come Visit Lacoste

Project type

Service Design

Date

Spring 2024

Location

Lacoste, France

In the Luberon mountains, nestled in the heart of Provence, lies a village that has remained almost frozen in the medieval age. The village of Lacoste, famous for its castle once inhabited by the Marquis de Sade and now owned by fashion designer Pierre Cardin, offers breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding lavender fields. Its cobbled streets and stone houses reflect its rich historical and cultural heritage.

The “Come Visit Lacoste” project led by the brand we created Anidex, aims to promote tourism within the village. Anidex is a diverse team of designers who came together to offer solutions to revitalize the tourism experience in Lacoste.
Lacoste has long been a tourist destination primarily attracting families and senior citizens. We saw an opportunity to modernize the tourist office to appeal to a younger audience. To achieve this, we created a new promotional video, a marketing strategy, and travel packages for visitors, and developed a service blueprint to visualize the entire service delivery process.

The service blueprint serves as a detailed guide to the entire service delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience for tourists. It maps out the touchpoints a visitor encounters, from their initial online search for information to their departure from Lacoste.
